The Knoxville Preservation Commission will host another fourth Thursday series event tonight. This month’s topic focuses on the buildings on the west side of the Knoxville square. Commission member Pennie Sommar says last month’s meeting was very productive as they were able to finalize their historical map of the south side of the square and over the next three months they will attempt to conclude findings for each of the three other sides. The discussion will take place at 6:30pm Thursday at the Knoxville Public Library and is free and open to the public.
