More than half of all Americans do not have a valid up-to-date will or estate plan, therefore forfeiting the right to distribute their property as they see fit. This also results in extra expenses and delays for their families and loses an opportunity to help deserving organizations.
They feel that leaving a legacy is a very important decision and investing in quality local health care for future generations is an important cause. Those who leave a gift of $5,000 or more, the Knoxville Hospital and Clinics Foundation will pay up to $500 of your attorney fees.
