Former Knoxville Girls Basketball Standout Ashley Larson recently completed her first season as a member of the A-I-B Women’s Basketball Squad. Larson helped the Eagles to a 16-14 record which was the first winnings season for women’s basketball since the program returned to varsity level in 2007. Her 147 assists set a new single season record for A-I-B and Larson is now third on the all-time career assists list. Larson not only was outstanding on the court, she also shined brightly off the court as she made the A-I-B’s Dean’s List for the winter term.
