Each spring many farmers and landowners burn material off their fields and lawns to prepare for the upcoming growing season and every year our local first responders are paged out to several grass fires. On today’s Let’s Talk Knoxville, Samantha Smith sits down with Marion County Sheriff Ron Goemaat to discuss controlled burns and what property owners need to do before they light that match.
