A Pella Regional Health Center employee has been recognized with an award by the Heartland Kidney Network.
Rita Rumberg, a clinical hemodialysis technician was selected for her ability to communicate with patients and staff alike and the example she sets for coworkers.
Rumberg was one of ten people chosen for developing the best patient care practices in renal therapy.
