Tulip Time is just three weeks away and famous perennial of Pella is beginning to bloom. Several flower beds around town are showing signs of life. Cheryl Nunikhoven with Dutch Meadows Landscaping says with cooler conditions predicted for the weekend, some of the early varieties may be slowed a bit, but expects the flowers to continue to develop without problem.
