Once again Twin Cedars is one of the teams to beat in the Bluegrass Conference Girls Track and Field Race. Coach Dennis Verploeg says the usual suspects like Lamoni and Melcher-Dallas should also challenge. Verploeg knows the B-G-C is not going to be an easy chore for anyone. He is confident that his team can secure another title. However before Twin Cedars runs for a Bluegrass Conference title…the Sabers will venture to Knoxville for the Panther Relays on Saturday.
