Though the temperatures may have felt cool over the last few days due to wind Marion County is actually above average in terms of both temperature and precipitation for the month of April. According to Weathereye Meteorologist Mandy Thalhuber we’ve received more than four inches of rainfall this month which is approximately one and a quarter inches above average. Thalhuber says we’re also 1.7 degrees above the average temperature with a few days left of April. She predicts that temperatures within the next few weeks in the upper Midwest region will remain under average with above average amounts of rainfall.
