The Pella girls golf team was one of three local squads – including the host team – that competed at Thursday’s PCM Invite.  Battling windy conditions, the Lady Dutch claimed 5th place in the eight-team field, shooting a combined score of 217.  Host PCM placed right behind Pella with a 219, and the Knoxville girls golf squad wrapped up seventh place with a score of 291.  Grinnell took the team title by shooting a blistering 185 – fifteen strokes ahead of second place Albia.
