If you see crews working all over Knoxville on today, that’s because A Call to Serve Ministries is conducting a Service Surge in Knoxville, and organizers are hoping for dry weather. Volunteers will be fixing up and cleaning properties, and working with Meals from the Heartland to package food for the hungry. Nearly 300 people have registered for 29 projects. Registration will be held at the Marion County Fairgrounds at 7AM.
