A Bussey man has won his second Iowa Lottery instant scratch game top prize in three months. Wendell Clark of Bussey picked up his $30,000 check this week after he purchased the winning $3 “Lucky Lines” ticket at Katy-Did’s General Store. Clark also won $10,000 in late January with a $2 “Cool Cash” instant scratch game, also purchased at Katy-Did’s.
