Several proposed construction and improvement projects are planned for the near futue with the use of LOSST funds. Pella City Administrator Mike Nardini encourages residents to come to Council meetings if they have questions or thoughts on the projects. The Council is currently reviewing action on one of those local option projects, the removal or repair of Pool Drive. One option includes removal of most of the street, leaving some parking at the east entrance of Caldwell Park and a cul de sac at the west end, a proposal that was generally well accepted by the Council.
