The Honorable Arthur Gamble, Chief Judge of the Fifth Judicial District in Des Moines, has been assigned to oversee two trials in association with the alleged murder of Teresa Louise Miller of Knoxville. Terry Tobias Cobbins Jr. of Des Moines allegedly shot and killed Miller in her Knoxville home on January 10th after being hired to commit the crime by Teresa’s husband Michael. Both men have pled not guilty, and have waived their right to a speedy trial. Cobbins will be tried in October, Miller likely in mid-September.
