The first half of the Knoxville Girls soccer match with Centerville was a scoreless stale-mate but Knoxville had plenty of opportunities to scores. Those chances would not go wanted in the second half as the Panthers put up four goals three by Stacia Hogue and the other by Christina Ambergy to pound the Redetts 4-0. Coach Charley Fisher says the second half of the season has seen the girls play much better. Amber Klooywyk has a rare match in goal on any level of soccer. She had the perfect game in which she was credited with the shutout and saw no shots on goal. In fact most of the match was played on Centerville’s goal and the only time that the ball got anywhere near the Knoxville goal was in the final five minutes when Freshman Marissa Lenger was in goal.
