Two young drivers recorded their first career wins at the Knoxville Raceway last night while a veteran added to his long list of accomplishments. Danny Lasoski won his 95th career race overall at the track by doing what he has been known for and running on the bottom and leading every lap to get the win. “Catfish” as he’s known in many racing circles because of being a bottom feeder at race tracks took advantage of rubber down conditions and led from the opening green. While Lasoski took home his 95 trophy at the Knoxville Raceway…Carson McCarl and Russ Hall took home their first trophies from the half mile. McCarl who is the youngest son of Six-time Track Champion Terry McCarl won the 305 feature on his first try and Russ Hall won their first career 360 A-Mains.
