The third time was the charm for the Pella Christian boys tennis team, as the Eagles walloped Oskaloosa 9-2 yesterday in their third meet in the last three days.  The Indians proved to be a good match-up for the Eagles, with most matches being tightly contested – including four that went to all three sets.
Pella Christian’s only losses came at No. 6 singles and No. 2 doubles; both of which came down to an 11-9 victory for Oskaloosa in the final set.  The PC boys played better in each meet this week, and hope to carry the positive momentum into Monday’s Little Hawkeye Conference meet.
