The Pella Christian girls soccer team opened post season play with a 1-0 win over CMB in the Class 1A Regional tournament last night. The Lady Eagles managed 36 shots in the game but only one would find the net as Christina Nolte scored 9:00 into the first half. Despite only scoring once, the Eagles defenders did their job limiting CMB to just four shots on goal and secured the shutout victory. With the win Pella Christian advances to the second round and will travel to Ankeny Tuesday night to face Bondurant-Farrar at 6pm.
