Pella travelled to Nevada and returned home with a 2-1 win in their last regular season game on Thursday night.  Originally, the game was not scheduled to be played, Nevada had thought the game was on their schedule, and Pella had an opportunity for another regular season game after the Dallas-Center Grimes game was officially cancelled earlier in the season.
Nevada opened the scoring quickly, and scored in the 3rd minute of the game on some nice passing inside the Pella box.  After that, the Dutch began stepping up their play.  Pella tied the game later in the first half, and put in the winning goal early in the second half.  The Little Dutch finish the season with a 13-4 overall record and have a first round bye in the Substate tournament.
