The Pella Community School Board met in a special session Friday. The lone item on the agenda was approval of teacher contracts for next year, which the Board passes. President Mav Van Vyk thanked the teachers for the reasonable offer they extended, noting that current budget constraints significantly limit the Board’s ability to adjust pay rates.
