Just as soon as the fun of Tulip Time is over, the City of Pella will begin a number of important road improvement projects. Both the North Main and Oskaloosa Street overlay projects will begin next Monday, May 9th. Traffic will be detoured to Broadway for the North Main project. The Oskaloosa project will run from Main Street to East Third. City Administrator Mike Nardini says these are important projects, intended to bolster the city’s infrastructure.
