A Call to Serve Ministries conducted a Service Surge Saturday in Knoxville. Despite chilly conditions, approximately 300 volunteers representing 36 churches from 16 communities fixed up and cleaned properties and packaged 25,000 meals for the hungry with Meals from the Heartland.
