Twin Cedars lone representative on the boys side at State Track and Field this week is Dustin Richards who will compete in the discus throw. Coach Aaron Allspach says Richards has been very good all season long. The senior is seeded around mid-pack in 11th going into the state meet. Richards will compete in the class one-A boys discus Friday afternoon at around four-30.
