Knoxville Mayor Don Zoutte has announced that he plans to run for re-election. When he first took over as Mayor in January of 2010, Zoutte stated that he would give his hometown four years of service if re-elected for a second term. So far, Zoutte is the only candidate to publically announce his intent to run for Mayor in the November election.
