Ag in the City starts Friday evening. The event that celebrates agriculture takes place at the Marion County Fairgrounds, going from 5 til 9 on Friday evening and 7 am til 1 pm Saturday. Friday’s activities include a goat milking contest that will be emceed by KNIA/KRLS’s Aaron Gernes, and a concert by Higher Power. There will also be machinery displays, petting zoos, and other family activities. The Big Red Radio will be there both days, playing music and making announcements.
