The American Guild of Organists regional convention will be making a stop in Pella later this month. Convention Chairman and Central College Music Professor Mark Babcock says the group will be in Pella Wednesday June 22nd to offer several workshops including demonstrations at Central College at 10 am, the Pella Opera House at 12:45 and the Second Reformed Church at 1:30. Babcock says the group travels to promote the rich history and heritage of traditional organ and choral music. This is the group’s first trip to Pella in 50 years.
