For the second straight year, Central College senior Jill Ziskovsky has been named to the Capital One Academic All-District women’s track and field/cross country team, chosen by the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA). Ziskovsky is a first-team selection in District VII.
As a double major in communication studies and Spanish, Ziskovsky graduated with a 3.94 cumulative GPA. She is a three-time academic All-Iowa Conference selection and was named a second-team academic all-American honoree by the CoSIDA last year.
Ziskovsky has earned athletic All-American honors seven times in her career – most recently this past May when she finished fifth in the heptathlon and second as part of a record-breaking 4×400 meter squad at this year’s NCAA Division III Track and Field Championships.
