The IRS has released a list of non-profit organizations who are no longer tax exempt. Some three-thousand Iowa organizations made the list, including ten in Pella. They are:

Iowa Institute
Christian Mission of Pigna-Pella
Prepare the Way Incorporated
Volunteer Employee Beneficiaries
An organization loses its tax exempt status after failing to file proper paperwork for three consecutive years.
