Knoxville has hired its boy’s basketball coach, and it is a familiar name to many panther fans. Jeff Larson who has been the girl’s varsity assistant for the last few seasons assumes the reigns for the panther boys program. He also was a part of the 1980 Boy’s Basketball squad that was runner-up at the state tournament. Larson takes over for Clint Driftmier who stepped down after one season to take a teaching position in the Norwalk school district.
