Summer construction season is well underway and Pella Public Works is busy with projects all over town.

Public Works Director Denny Buyert says work is going well on the North Main project and if the weather stays dry, crews will begin paving soon.

The University Street project has also begun and crews are currently removing pavement between 8th and 10th streets. He says that project will be finished by mid-August.
