IN THE PAST TWENTY-FOUR HOURS MARION COUNTY DEPUTIES RESPONDED TO EIGHTEEN CALLS FOR SERVICE INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO ONE SUSPICIOUS PERSON, ONE SUSPICIOUS ODOR, ONE ACCIDENT WITH INJURIES, TWO PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENTS, ONE LIVESTOCK IN THE ROADWAY, ONE CONTROLLED BURN, TWO WARRANT CHECKS, ONE VEHICLE UNLOCK, TWO RETURN PHONE CALLS, ONE HAZARDOUS LEAK, ONE PARKING COMPLAINT, ONE HARASSMENT, ONE FOLLOW-UP AND TWO OTHER CALLS FOR SERVICE.
THE MARION COUNTY JAIL IS CURRENTLY HOLDING EIGHTEEN SUBJECTS.

Outflows at Lake Red Rock have been reduced several times lately to mitigate the potential for flooding down stream and now outflows are being increased as the resevior fills up in order to maintain flood storage capacity.
