The US Army Corp of Engineers is planning on testing a program that makes it mandatory for boaters on our nations waterways to wear a life jacket. The plan is to try the policy on Lake Red Rock next year, with the possibility of taking the program nationwide in the future. The goal is to make boating safer. One Pella resident is leading an effort to stop this initiative before it gets started. Dr. Bob Leonard speaks with Mike Langstraat, with Langstraat Auto Body and Marine about the issue.
