Survival skills will be the topic at some day camps planned at Lake Red Rock. “Survivor Red Rock” is for kids ages 11-12 and they’ll learn how to build fires, make emergency shelters, and learn the basics of using a compass and GPS. Depending on weather conditions, canoe and kayak lessons will also be available. The programs will be offered Wednesday June 29th or July 27th from 10 am to 3 pm. The programs are free, but size is limited. To register, contact Tracy Spry at 628-7522.
