Fans saw some of the best racing of the season last night at the Knoxville Raceway as both 360 and 410 A-Mains were not decided until the final laps. In the 360 race Gregg Bakker all but had the race locked up but a yellow just before the checkered flag waved bunched the field. That was all Clint Garner need, who was running second at the time, to drive around Bakker on the white flag lap and win. The 410 feature looked as if Tyler Walker, who just a couple of weeks ago won the King’s Royal in Eldora in dramatic fashion would win going away. But as Walker was blazing and trail, his tires were losing their grip and Dusty Zomer capitalized as he drove low out of turn four to nip Walker at the line. It was Zomer’s fourth win of the season and ironically all have been in a close contest with either Danny Lasoski or last night with Walker.
