Outflows at Lake Red Rock are being held steady at 30,000 cubic feet per second after the lake level peaked Thursday at 775.9 feet which is 82% of the reservoirs storage capacity. Without additional heavy precipitation, the stage is expected to continue falling and outflow will remain steady.
