Some voters in Marion County have been directed to a new polling place.

The Pella American Legion Building downtown will serve as the the poll station for residents of Lake Prairie Township in county wide elections.

The change was made following the 2010 Census, and a recommendation by the Secretary of State, the office responsible for the rules governing elections.
