While the wins and overall consistency never came around for the Knoxville Baseball Squad, Coach Steve Mott says pitching was something that was solid all season. The panthers had the third best E-R-A at 2.32, however Mott says walks could have been a little lower this season. The Panthers according to quick stats had 111 walks which was the third fewest in the Little Hawkeye Conference. Opponents also batted 259 against the panthers in 2011. Knoxville finished the season with a 14-18 record.
