Several employees at Pella Regional Health Center have recently completed leadership training through the Iowa CareGivers Association. Kathy Roozeboom, Cinda Schut, Karen Vink and Laurie Valster all took part in the Call To Leadership program offered by the organization. The purpose of the program is to promote the development of personal and professional leadership among direct care workers.
