Two games highlight the 2011 season of Twin Cedars softball. Victories over Little Hawkeye Conference Champion Pella, and 2A Albia who at the time was ranked ninth. Coach Jim Duncan says neither team was sandbagging in those games as they for the most part had the varsity players on the field. Duncan hopes the team can build on those and other wins the team had this season. The Sabers finished with a 19-13 record.
