Even though Tulip Time wrapped up three short months ago, the Steering Committee is already hard at work planning for next year’s festival. Sue Youngman, outgoing Chair of the committee says they’ve already set a date for announcing the Queen and Court of October 24th. This is earlier in years past. She says nominations will be out August 31st.
