Funeral services for Betty M. (Watters) Billingsley, age 86, formerly of Knoxville and Prairie City, will be held on Friday, September 2, at 1:00 p.m. at Williams Funeral Home in Knoxville. Interment will follow in the Graceland Cemetery in Knoxville.

Visitation with the family present will be Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Williams Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Make A Wish Foundation for children.
