The Pella Community School Board met yesterday afternoon. During the meeting, the Board heard the annual progress report and had discussions on a range of topics including the goals and priorities of new Superintendent Greg Ebeling which include increasing proficiency rates, further lowering the dropout rate, and seeing more students complete the core curriculum. Also discussed were areas of curriculum deemed in need of special assistance and online payments for school activities.
