A pair of golfers from Central College are among just five duos from NCAA Division III that will be competing in a golf tournament this week in Georgia. Sarah Paulson and Ali Miller will tee off today in the 58-team Hooters Women’s Collegiate Team Championship, sponsored by the National Golf Coaches Association.

The 54-hole tournament features a different format for each of the three rounds, starting with alternate shot, followed by best-ball, and then an aggregate score in the third and final round.

Paulson and Miller will be competing against teams mostly from Division I colleges, including the University of Iowa and Iowa State University, which are the only other schools from Iowa that are competing.
