If you saw smoke on in the sky yesterday morning in Knoxville, it may be because of a controlled burn that was occurring at the corner of Harlan and Douglas. The Knoxville Fire Department, Knoxville Rural Fire Department, and Indiana Township Fire Department all assisted on the burn. It was on property owned by Spahn and Rose.
