The City of Knoxville has announced its plans for a September 11th commemoration this year. This will be the 10th anniversary of the terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon. The commemoration will take place at Ken Locke Stadium at 2pm on September 11th. KNIA/KRLS will bring you more details about the event as they become official.
