Pella Regional Health Center has named its Shining Star for the month of August. Melinda Rowland of Knoxville was chosen by her peers for her caring and compassion for patients. Rowland, who works in the Surgery department, will receive a $100 gift, plaque and be in the Shining Star of the Year Award.
