Fans that came to the Knoxville and P-C-M game were if they had not known by then, likely did a double take when the Panthers strolled out to the field for warm ups. The reason was the new look road uniforms. In the past Knoxville has gone with gold or black pants on the road, but now Knoxville is going all-white on road games. Coach Troy Rider says the players like the look and he says it promotes more pride in the program. The likely home attire for this season is all black. Knoxville also was sporting a new helmet logo which is a Panther head in gold on black helmets. Knoxville hosts Pella this Friday in the Panthers’ home opener.
