The Pella Police Department is reminding people to keep their vehicles locked and valuables secure following several thefts recently. Lt. Paul Haase says mostly cash and small electronics like iPods have been stolen. He says the thieves have targeted unlocked cars and in most cases the vehicle was parked on the street, with a few thefts taking place in driveways.
