If you’ve ever wondered how the Dam at Lake Red Rock works, you’ll have your chance this weekend. Park Ranger Tracy Spry will lead a tour around the dam Saturday to explain the functions of the dam and the equipment used by the US Army Corps of Engineers to operate and maintain the facility. The tour is free, and will begin at 10:00 am at the North Tailwater Recreation Area. Saturday evening is a Live Snakes presentation at the Whitebreast Amphitheatre at 7 pm.
