While it is early, the Melcher-Dallas Saints may have found their running game in the form of Trent Flescher. He ran for a school record 330 yards on 31 attempts, breaking Shane Nicholson’s 2008 record of 314 yards. He scored four touchdowns in the saints 44/30 win over east green last Friday. Coach Ryan Conrad said Flesher had a lot of help up front and his lead blocker. The Saints travel to the western side of Iowa this Friday with a trip to Villisca.
