As Tulip Time preparations continue for next year, the Steering Committee is working on a theme for next year’s festival. One possibility is a tie in with the 10th Anniversary of the construction of the Vermeer Windmill. Amy Van Haaften, Steering Committee members, says they work closely with the Historical Village to put on Tulip Time and a windmill theme would be a great way to promote Pella’s famous Dutch heritage.
